Wealth Tracker is designed for private personal financial tracking. This policy explains what information the app processes, where it is stored, and the choices available to users.
Financial Information Stored on Your Device
Assets, liabilities, saved months, monthly notes, targets, retirement goals, personal exchange-rate overrides, security settings, and local backups are stored locally on the user's device. Wealth Tracker does not upload these financial records to its AWS profile service.
Reports and projections are generated from information entered by the user. Exported reports and backups are shared only when the user chooses a destination through the device's sharing controls.
Account and Profile Information
When a user signs in with email or Sign in with Apple, the app processes account identifiers needed for authentication, such as an email address, Apple account identifier, or AWS Cognito user identifier. Optional profile and reporting preferences may be stored using AWS services so they can be associated with the user's account.
Apple and AWS process authentication information under their own privacy policies and act as service providers for the relevant sign-in and profile functions.
Exchange Rates and Technical Requests
The app retrieves shared exchange-rate information from its AWS service. Standard technical request information may be processed as necessary to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service. Wealth Tracker does not use advertising trackers or sell personal information.
How Information Is Used
- Authenticate users and maintain account sessions.
- Sync optional profile and reporting preferences.
- Provide exchange-rate information and app functionality.
- Respond to support requests and investigate technical problems.
- Protect the service against misuse and security threats.
Sharing and Sale of Information
Wealth Tracker does not sell personal information and does not share financial records for advertising. Information is provided to service providers only when needed to operate authentication, profile sync, email support, and related infrastructure, or when required by law.
Retention and Account Requests
Local financial information remains on the user's device until the user edits it, deletes it, restores a backup, or removes the app and its local data. Account and profile information is retained as needed to provide the account service and meet legal or security obligations.

Security
Wealth Tracker uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. Optional app PIN and biometric protection are stored and managed on the user's device. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Children
Wealth Tracker is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated when the app or its services change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the latest version.
